Year Round

  • Colborne Street Gallery is dedicated to the exhibition of contemporary art, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, fibre, and mixed media arts. Our exhibition programming includes local artists from the Kawarthas and surrounding area, Inuit Artists from Kinngait, Nunavut, as well as other Canadian and international emerging, mid-career, and established artists. Located in downtown Fenelon Falls, the gallery also hosts artist talks, interactive workshops, and other special events that engage and support the local community.

Summer Season

  • Only a step from downtown Fenelon Falls, Lock 34 is located on an island. With a population of 1600, the town of Fenelon Falls offers a wide variety of services. The beautiful falls can be found on the lower side of the lock station.

  • The market offers fresh nutritious products from within the area such as homegrown produce, honey, maple syrup, Ontario Lamb, Organic Beef, Herbs, starter plants, local garlic, perennial plants, baked goods of many kinds, homemade preserves, jams, jellies and a variety of artisans who offer unique items such as candles, soap, knitted and crocheted products, wood work and much more. They are always adding new vendors with new items as the season goes on and we grow. So please stop in and see what they have to offer.

  • Horseless Carriage Museum showcases the private collection of the Bennett Family. They do not operate as a business or have set hours, so please call to request a viewing time before visiting. Calling for an appointment will confirm they are open and allows them to offer our guests a personal interactive tour of the museum.

  • Santa Day is always the last Saturday in November, and it’s ALL free due to the generous support of the volunteers, community members, and local businesses that make this special day shine every year.

  • Slices n’ Scoops opened its doors in the summer of 1997 in downtown Fenelon Falls and has been a summertime staple ever since.

    Established by Terry Radey, a 4th generation local whose career took him away from The Kawarthas, Slices n’ Scoops was born out of a desire to once again be a part of the community he was so fond of. Providing Pizza N’ more and 317 flavours of ice cream!
