Ticket Information

Ticket Purchasing
Tickets may be ordered online, or by visiting or calling the Box Office (2 Water Street, Fenelon Falls, 705-887-7937). If there are still tickets available on the day of the show, they may be purchased on site at the Theatre.

Consumer Warning
The Grove Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased from outside sources. AudienceView is the official ticketing provider for The Grove Theatre. Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is available. You may order an accessible ticket for one seating companion as well. (Accompanying parties will find general seating in proximity if they arrive early.) Please inform the Box Office in advance if you have special accessibility needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Ticket Prices
Prices are subject to change.

All ticket prices for shows are subject to HST (13%) and the following service fees: 
$1.50 Capital Replacement Fund fee that goes directly to the maintenance of the amphitheatre. $2.00 ticket fee to our ticketing partner, AudienceView. The Grove and AudienceView have worked hard to keep these fees low.

Seating
Seats are not assigned at The Grove. All seating is general seating, within each price level. Arrive early to select your seat. 

The Grove Theatre is a tiered grass amphitheatre. Chairs will be provided and set out prior to each performance.  Family-friendly performances will have grass seating and chairs available.

Lost Tickets
Should you misplace or lose your ticket, please contact the Box Office. We will be happy to provide a pass for the ticketed performance if the purchase can be verified. 

Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are final sale. Please see Weather Policy below for rained out performances.

Age Restrictions and Recommendations
Most shows, other than designated family shows, are recommended for age 8+. Please note that babes in arms are not permitted at The Grove Theatre, except for designated family shows.

All youth must be seated with a parent or guardian and able to sit in their own chair. Please leave strollers and car seats in your vehicle. 

A ticket must be purchased for any child attending a production at The Grove Theatre. Tickets for children under 2 are free.

Theatre Access and Latecomers
All patrons will enter the amphitheatre through the patron path and must have a valid ticket. Patrons can enter the amphitheatre ¾ hour prior to the performance unless otherwise stated. We will do our best to seat latecomers, but not all performances allow for this option. 

Weather Policy
The Grove Theatre is completely open to the elements, and inclement weather is a possibility. In the event of severe weather or extreme temperatures, some performances may have to be delayed, postponed, or canceled. 

Only in extreme cases are performances canceled in advance. In most cases postponement or cancelation is made at the time of the performance. 

Canceled Performances
The Grove Theatre will make every effort to notify ticket holders of a change in scheduling. Ticket holders with an email address on file will be notified by email to discuss alternative ticketing arrangements as soon as possible. We will also post any cancellation or scheduling decision in the following places: the Grove Theatre’s Facebook page, The Grove Theatre’s website, and the Grove Theatre Box Office at 2 Water Street in Fenelon Falls. 

If one-hour of the performance or less has been presented this is considered a canceled performance. 

Tickets for our variety, one-night performances may be exchanged for another variety performance OR for a mainstage performance. Mainstage tickets may be exchanged for a mainstage performances only. Or if you so wish you may donate the funds back to The Grove for a charitable tax receipt. 

Abandoned Performance 
If a performance reaches either intermission or one-hour and needs to be canceled due to weather, the performance is considered abandoned and no exchanges can be made.  

Holding for Weather
If the weather does not cooperate in the middle of a performance, we will hold the show up to 20 minutes in order to wait for the weather to clear based on forecasts for precipitation and/or temperature.



Amphitheatre Information

Vehicle Access
The Grove Theatre is located on the grounds of the Fenelon Fair. For access, please drive through the parking lot of the Fenelon Community Centre. The gate to access the Fairgrounds will only be open during scheduled public performances.

Accessibility
The Grove Theatre has limited accessible parking; a paved path, lobby and tiered seating row; and an accessible Portable washroom. A golf-cart shuttle will be available as well.

Parking
There is free grass parking prior to the pedestrian path, located on the Fairgrounds.

Dogs/Pets
Except for service animals, pets are not permitted, unless it is a pet performance.

Bugs
Most performances take place in the evening when bugs are out. The amphitheatre has been sprayed and patrons should enjoy a more comfortable experience but please come prepared.

The mosquito barrier products used by Mosquito.Buzz are regulated by Health Canada, and approved for use in the control of mosquitoes by the Pest Management Regulatory Agency. These products have extremely low toxicity in mammals.

Seating/Chairs
The Grove Theatre is a tiered grass amphitheatre. Chairs will be provided and set out prior to each performance.

Food and Beverage
Food, beer and wine is available from the Fenelon Falls Brewing Co. pre-show and during intermission in our concessions booth. You are welcome to bring your own food and non alcoholic beverages. 

Washrooms
Portable washrooms are available at the amphitheatre. Most washrooms are equipped with limited water. Hand sanitizer will be available. Please sanitize your hands before and after use.

Cell Phones
Please turn off phones and electronic devices during the performance. We appreciate your cooperation in providing a positive experience for all theatre goers.

Photography
The taking of pictures or recording of any part of The Grove Theatre’s performances are strictly prohibited except by permission of the artist. Your use of a ticket acknowledges your willingness to appear in photographs and videos taken in public areas of the theatre and releases The Grove Theatre from any and all liability from use of such photographs and images.
