TOP THREE PATRON QUESTIONS

Is there food available? Light snacks, beer and wine are available from our Concession Booth.

Are there many bugs? Most performances take place in the evening when bugs are out. The amphitheatre has been sprayed and patrons should enjoy a more comfortable experience but please come prepared.

How comfortable is the seating? We have chairs for everyone but feel free to bring a small cushion or a blanket.

TICKETS
We will be scanning your tickets upon your arrival. We are able to scan from either a printed ticket, an email copy of the ticket, or straight from your mobile device. If you’ve lost your tickets, or can’t find your confirmation email, our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you at our on-site ticket booth.

SEATING:
Seating is general admission within your ticket level. Arrive early to secure seats together with friends and family. If you are a donor, Pine Level and above, your seats will be reserved. Accessible tickets are seated in our paved section and we will do all we can to ensure your comfort.

WHAT ABOUT RAIN?
What makes The Grove Theatre so special is its outdoor setting. If the weather’s looking gloomy, we ask you to please bring an umbrella with you to the performance. Feel free to open it up if the show is paused due to weather. Performances are rarely cancelled before the scheduled showtime. In the event of a severe weather cancellation prior to, or within an hour from the start of the show, our Customer Service Team will contact ticket holders promptly by email to discuss alternative ticketing arrangements. Each rain delay or cancellation has its own unique set of circumstances and your patience is appreciated.
