The Grove Drama Camp: Coming Summer 2024
The Grove Theatre is proud to announce that we will launch our Education Department starting with a four-week Drama Camp for children ages five to fifteen in 2024.
The Camp will run for four weeks over July and August in Fenelon Falls!
Drama camps are a wonderful space to foster social skills and gain confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
Ages 5-10
Lead by Professional teaching artists.
Classes focused on acting, singing, and dance
Week ends with a showcase performance of the play.
Ages 11-15
Two week camp ending with the performance of a musical.
Professional guest artists mentors, to work with campers on audition technique, acting a song, character movement, dance, and more.
Teen Internship Program (Ages 16-18)
Teaching Artist assistants.
Allows teens the opportunity to learn from theatre professionals.
Qualifies for the Summer Cooperative Education Credits through the Trillium Lakelands District School Board.
Inclusion for All
We are dedicated to the creation of a supportive, safe environment for children with special needs, with a focus on self-expression, social skills, and having fun with their peers. Aide support is available upon request for a limited number of campers.
